秦建新、男、漢族，1963年生，畢業於新疆師範大學美術學院。中國美術家協會理事，中國徐悲鴻畫院副院長，新疆生產建設兵團美術家協會主席兼秘書長，石河子市書畫院院長，國家一級美術師。
